ARM announces that Paul Kocher, president of Cryptography Research, Inc., has been selected as the guest keynote speaker at the fourth annual ARM® Developers’ Conference. ARM CEO Warren East will commence the day with a welcome address and an overview of ARM’s strategies and roadmap for the future. He will also introduce Kocher, who will be presenting the challenges associated with developing secure systems that combat today’s sophisticated and destructive software and hardware attacks. Cryptography Research offers experience and research in developing, building and deploying standards-based security solutions.
John Sisoka, chief technology officer, UGOBE will also deliver a special lunchtime keynote. Sisoka will introduce the company’s Life Form Operating System (Life OS) technology that unites artificial intelligence and robotics. This industry session will look at the role of microprocessors as the underpinning of UGOBE’s Life OS and Life Forms, a ‘designer species’ that incorporates all of the basic traits of autonomous life. The power of Life OS will be demonstrated in the company’s latest product, Pleo, a UGOBE Life Form that has been specifically engineered and enhanced to mimic life and to assist, entertain and relate to humanity on a personal level.
