Scalado CAPS
CAPS™ is a complete feature rich software imaging engine and ADK for managing high-resolution images in a fast and memory efficient way. CAPS include a unique random access JPEG coder.

CAPS allow any mobile device platform to handle megapixel images in real time with 50x less RAM and while increasing speed 10x thanks to unique Scalado patented technologies.

The CAPS solution includes a high level API allowing developers to easily port or build applications. Scalado provide ready reference applications with extensive features, such as PhotoEditor, PhotoCamera, PhotoAlbum, PhotoCard and more. Integration with hardware acceleration is supported. Porting is already made for several OS such as Linux, Windows and Symbian.
