Uniquify’s Digitial DLL is the perfect compliment to Uniquify’s DFI compliant PHY solution and DDR Controller eliminating the need, in most cases, to license an expensive analog DLL solution.

Digital DLL Product Highlights

 Introduces 90-degree phase shift on incoming signal with very low duty cycle degradation.
 One master delay line and 2 slave delay lines used per byte lane.
 Very low insertion delay (<100ps at 90nm node, <50ps at 65nm node)
 An excellent alternative to an analog DLL.
