Cancellation by ARM

A minimum number of attendees are required for each course. For this reason, ARM reserves the right to re-schedule the commencement date of any course up to 10 working days prior to the published start date. If rescheduled dates are not suitable, ARM's liability will be limited to a refund of fees paid. Full refund will be given for cancellations providing written notice is received at least 10 working days prior to course commencement.

ARM reserves the right to refuse a place on a course for any reason.

Cancellation by attendee

Half the course fee will be charged for cancellation by the attendee within 4 weeks of the start date. Full fee will be forfeited if cancellation is received within 10 working days prior to the start date. If you wish to transfer your registration to a later course and we are able to accommodate your request, the cancellation fee will be waived.
