For microcontrollers, CoreSight for a Cortex-M series processor is an embedded part of a Cortex-M processor-based microcontroller and provides low cost debug and trace capability to developers.

For SoC, Cortex-M series processors provide CoreSight compliant interfaces enabling full debug and trace integration with the CoreSight SoC technology.

CoreSight provides low cost debug and trace capability for Cortex-M series processors. The following CoreSight technology is available as optional components part of the Cortex-M™ processors
