First OCP Experience Center in North America Hosted by Arm

The Open Compute Project Foundation (OCP) was initiated in 2011 with a mission to apply the benefits of open source and open collaboration to hardware. Its goal is to rapidly increase the pace of innovation in, near, and around the datacenter’s networking equipment, general purpose and GPU servers, storage devices and appliances, and scalable rack designs. The OCP collaboration model is being applied beyond the datacenter, helping to advance the telecom industry and edge infrastructure. Arm has been a platinum member of the OCP foundation since 2018.

Together, Arm and OCP have collaborated to launch a new OCP Experience Center, the first of its kind in North America, aimed at accelerating innovation and collaboration within the Arm ecosystem and OCP community to build highly-efficient, OCP-optimized infrastructure for cloud-to-edge environments.

Arm has been successful in creating industry-accepted standards initiatives, including Arm SystemReady, which ensures that software just works and enables customers to deploy Arm servers and workstations with confidence.

With the launch of this new OCP Experience Center, Arm is officially an OCP Certified Solution Provider and is helping drive OCP Accepted™ and OCP Inspired™ hardware innovation among the Arm partner ecosystem for cloud, telco, and edge markets.
