Branding guidelines for users of Arm trademarks in relation to the Arm SystemReady Program Agreement
Please follow these branding guidelines only if you are permitted to do so under the terms of the Arm SystemReady Program Agreement. Please contact Arm's Trademarks Team at trademarks@arm.com if you have any questions about these guidelines:
1. Advertising and promotional materials
- You may apply the Arm corporate logo and/or Arm SystemReady logo to any advertising or promotional material for, or relating to, any COMPANY Implementation (as defined in your agreement) that Arm considers to be Arm SystemReady (as defined in your agreement).
- You may apply the Arm word trademark and any appropriate Arm product/service/technology word trademark to any advertising material or promotional relating to any COMPANY Implementation that Arm considers to be Arm SystemReady.
2. Websites
- You may apply the Arm corporate logo, Arm SystemReady logo, Arm SystemReady Compliance stamp and/or relevant Arm word trademark and any appropriate Arm product/service/technology word trademark to the page(s) of your website relating to any COMPANY Implementation that Arm considers to be Arm SystemReady.
- You may use the Arm corporate logo and/or Arm SystemReady logo to create a hyperlink between the primary page of your website and the primary page or other suitable page of Arm’s website.
3. Products
- You may apply the Arm SystemReady logo and/or Arm SystemReady Compliance stamp logo to any COMPANY Implementation that Arm considers to be Arm SystemReady.
4. Technical documentation
- You may apply the Arm SystemReady logo, Arm SystemReady Compliance stamp logo or any appropriate Arm word trademark to any technical documentation for, or relating to, any COMPANY Implementation that Arm considers to be Arm SystemReady.
